Operation steps:
1 : prepare fresh fruits or vegetables
2 : Hand-blending the fruits/vegetable, milk
3 : Pour the mixture over ice pan
4 : Evenly spread the mixture onto ice pan for about 30 seconds until it is firm
5 : Add the desired dried fruit and ingredients or other sources and mix on well with the ice cream.

Remarks:
